For ten years, I have combined an understanding of people with the precision that payroll and HR administration require.

In HR, I combine an understanding of people with an economic perspective on how a business operates. I help business leaders and managers establish effective processes and assess HR decisions in terms of their impact on the team, costs and future business development.

My experience includes working at Jan Becher, REDION and Zentiva. I bring an understanding of employment law and corporate environments, along with personal accountability for the work entrusted to me.

QUIET CRACKING – have you heard of it?

Employees may keep completing their tasks while gradually losing motivation and trust in their employer. This does not automatically mean burnout. In HR, quiet cracking describes lasting job dissatisfaction and a weakening connection with an employer, for example amid uncertainty or a lack of recognition.

For employers, it is a prompt to start a conversation early: is the workload manageable, are expectations clear, and do people receive recognition and opportunities to develop? Listening before someone resigns can make a difference.

Do I need to outsource all of our HR?

We will tailor the scope to your needs. This can be payroll on its own, part of your HR administration, ongoing HR support or a one-off consultation.

How is the price determined?

Pricing depends on the scope of work, headcount, complexity and frequency of support. Following our initial discussion, I will prepare a proposal so you know exactly what is included.

Can we work together remotely?

Yes. I am based in Prague and can work remotely with businesses across Czechia. We will agree on document sharing and any in-person meetings according to the work involved.

What do you need to get started?

For our first conversation, all I need is a brief introduction to your business, an approximate headcount and the area where you need help. Further information will depend on the scope we agree.
